SOL F49620-95-R-0003 POC Contract Specialist, Charles Belmore, (202) 404-7467, Contracting Officer, Alonzo Jacobs, (202) 767-4878 The Air Force Office of Scientific Research requires a contractor to provide professional administrative and support services for between four and twelve meetings per fiscal year. A meeting may have from 25-150 (40-50 average) participants from government, academia, and industry. Meetings may be held anywhere in the United States, but most commonly in the vicinity of AF laboratories. The contractor will provide administrative and support contract that include but are not limited to: (1) planning technical meetings, to include tasks such as identifying potential meeting location(s), arranging conference and lodging facilities, preparing and mailing invitations, coordinating registration information; (2) hold meetings, to include tasks such as providing materials (information packages, agendas, ect.), providing or arranging for meeting support (podiums, audio- visual support coffee breaks, ect.), collecting registration information and fees, arranging conference transportation, and (3) documenting the meeting, to include tasks such as collecting and assembling abstracts, preparing executive summary and SF 298, publishing and/or copying abstract booklets, mailing to participants and designated recipients. Contract to be negotiated and awarded for a base year plus yearly options for three additional years. This solicitation will be a 100% small business Set-Aside.
