The United States Air Force has the requirement for professional continuing education training for the Air Force Institute of Technology. The contractor shall perform the instructional and support services required by the School of Systems and Logistics to present CON 104/QMT 170, Principles of Contract Pricing course. The anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with a minimum of 3 courses and a maximum of 60 courses for the life of the contract. The anticipated contract period is a basic year plus two option years. The solicitation will be issued approximately 18 July 1995. This requirement was originally synopsized under RFP F33600-95-R-0140. However, due to significant changes to the RFP and Statement of Work it was in the best interest of all parties involved to cancel RFP F33600-95-R-0140 and reissue under RFP F33600-95-R-0177. All offerors who requested a copy of RFP F33600-95-R-0140 will automatically receive a copy of RFP F33600-95-R-0177. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use proposal development phase of this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to request information, pose questions, and voice concerns before resorting to use of the Ombudsman located in ASC/CY, Bldg 2041, 2511 L St..
