Construction consists of furnishing and installing a complete Building Automation Systems (BAS) for all heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems and other facility systems. The BAS shall utilize direct digital control (DDC) and interfacce to existing pneumatic and new electronic actuation. Installation of the BAS system will require selective demolition of concrete block plaster, and suspended ceilings to permit installation of conduit and replacement of these materials where removed. The will also include furnishing and installing a digital metering package in each building switchboard, complete with interface module for connection to low-voltage communication network and central monitoring computer; and furnishing and installing single-pole relays to control existing public area lighting, complete with relay cabinet and all required logic controls.
