Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision necessary for the construction/renovation of the Cafeteria Wing at the Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Aurora, Illinois. This work shall consist of the Following: Removal of existing cafeteria wing floor finishes including approximately 3400 sq. ft. of Asbestos floor tile and associated Mastic; Removal of approximately 1300 square feet of plaster ceiling finished with lead-based paint and installation of new floor and ceiling finishes. The estimated price range is between $50,000 and $100,000. The estimated issue date of the solicitation will be on or about July 10, 1995, with a bid opening date of August 10, 1995, at 2:30pm, local time.
