This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, tools, transportation, equipment and materials (other than Government-furnished) to excavate post holes, place and tamp posts, install gates and construct approximately 6,593 linear feet of smooth/woven, high tensile wire evaluation plantation fence. There are two bid items. The desired start work date is August 15, 1995. Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bonding is required. The project is located on the Unity Ranger District, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, Baker County, Oregon. See Note 3. (163)
