Est cost is $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Completion no later than 550 calendar days. Construction consists of selective demolition of existing roofing and drainage systems, existing precast concrete paving, concrete topping slab and insulation, selected marble cladding and paving units, concrete block, stucco, and lath; furnishing and installing a new acoustical concrete jack-up slab and new pedestal-supported granite paving at the roof terrace level; selective replacement of marble paving at the Plaza level; construction of a new concrete block parapet extension; repair and selective replacement of marble cladding including anchorage for units; cleaning of all exterior marble above the Planza level; furnishing and installing new roofing at the main roof and roof overhangs including insulation, flashings, counterflashings, membrane roofing, and metal copings; new waterproofing membrane on top of new slab; repair, cleaning, and painting of stucco; new sealant at all joints between marble panels and coping units and at all joints in stucco walls; furnishing and installing new kitchen exhaust system; repairing existing drainage system and furnishing and installing new roof drains, drainage system, plumbing piping, and accessories; repairing and selectively replacing irrigation systems in planters at Roof Terrace level; repair and selective replacement of existing lightning protection system; and installing new heat tracing for selected new plumbing piping.
