Presolicitation information is requested for project to repair the humidifier system in building 3015. Work includes installing 37 new humidifiers in existing air conditioned laboratories/rooms. Humidifiers will be electrode steam humidifiers with replaceable cylinders. Work will also include disconnecting existing pan humidifiers before connecting new humidifiers. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1711; the small business size standard is $7.0 million. The estimated cost range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Anticipated performance time is 120 calendar days. Plans and specifications are anticipated to be available on or about 31 July 1995, until supply is exhausted. The proposed solicitation listed here is being considered for 100% small disadvantaged business (SDB) set-aside determination.
