The work includes constructing a 6,000 square foot pre-engineered rigid frame steel warehouse with three interior spaces. Two of the interior spaces are air conditioned requiring HVAC work. The warehouse will have a standing seam metal roof, vertical rib metal exterior walls, and concrete masonry unit interior walls. The building will have interior and exterior lighting, smoke detectors, and a fire alarm system. The site includes approximately 483 square yards of asphalt pavement work and will include site preparation and drainage work and incidental related work. Estimated Cost Range: $250,000 and $500,000. Specifications will be available on or about 03 July 1995. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come, first served basis until the supply is exhausted.
