This requirement is for two large duct weldments. Each weldment is of 304L stainless steel construction. The first weldment is constructed of an ASME spun-type torispherical dished head with an outside diameter of 150 inches, an inside crown radius of 138 inches, and a wall thickness of 0.875 inch. This head is welded to a cylindrical duct section with an outside diameter of 150 inches, 0.5 inch wall thickness, and a height of 12 inches. The second weldment is constructed of a dished as described above. This head is welded to a cylinder duct section with an outside of 150 inches, a 0.5 inch wall thickness, and a height of 130 inches. Full radiographic x-ray examinations of all full penetration welds, weld certifications, and reports are required. Full compliance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code is required. Delivery is to be FOB Arnold AFB TN and is required by October 23, 1995. (0166)
