The tester is intended to enable one Me chanic to operate air brakes
and lights on trailers and lights on truck tractor. The tester will
isolate any electrical faults, EN-abling the mechanic to quickly make
the required repairs, and pro-vide the means to leak Check and adjust
railer brakes. Requirements are 50 EA tester, brake and li. For use on
the tools & equipment. FOB is destination. Proposed contract is a 100
percent small busi-Ness set-aside. First article test is required. All
or part of this action is an unfunded FY95 requirement. Estimated issue
date of this Solicitation is 070695. The proposed contract will
includea 100 percent option. Effective 1 Oct 94 AMCCOM separated into
two new commands; the Industrial Operation Command (IOC) and the
AC-quisition chemical armament logistics activity (ACALA). It is IM
perative that special attention be Given when addressing requests for
solicitations and BIDS/O ffers. Failure to properly address re quests
for solicitations in accordance with this CBD notice will re-sult in
non-receipt of the Solicitation P ackage. Failure to prop-erly address
BIDS/offers in accordance with Sol icitation instruc-tions may result
