The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Sonic Dry Clean Inc., 12255 Kirkham Rd. Suite 200, Pomway, CA 92604, 1-800-732-4622. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Sonic Dry Clean Inc. is the only known source that con meet the government's minimum essential requirements for a Sonic Dry Cleaning Machine, Part Number SDC25570, that will clean and recycle engine air filters utilizing sonic waves and compressed air, consistent with the Air Force policy to reduce hazardous waste and costs associated with the disposal of liquid waste fluid. The Sonic Dry Clean Machine uses no chemicals, detergents, solvents, toxins, or hazardous materials. Required Delivery is 30 days after contract award.
