Southwestern requires a contractor to furnish all personnel facilities, equipment, material, supplies and services (except as may be expressly set forth in the solicitation as furnished by the Government) necessary to complete the following principal components of work. For Missouri - The supply, delivery, and installation of the complete wired duplex switchboard panel 4R (rear panel) for the Kennett substation. The supply, delivery and installation of the complete wired duplex switchboard panels L2R, L3R, and L4R (rear panels) for the Table Rock Dam substation. Removal of existing panel 4R (rear panel) at Kennett. Removal of existing panels L2R, L3R and L4R (rear panels) at Table Rock. For Arkansas - The supply, delivery and installation of the complete wired duplex switchboard panels 5R and 7R, (rear panels) for the Bull Shoals Dam substation. The supply, delivery, and installation of the complete wired duplex switchboard panels 1R, 2R, and 3R (rear panels) for the Dardenelle Dam substation. The supply, delivery, and installation of switchboard patch panels for relay panels 1F and 1R (front and rear panels) for the Norfolk Dam substation. The supply, delivery, and installaton of the complete wired duplex switchboard panels 1R, 2R, and 4R (rear panels) for the Ozark Dam substation. Removal of existing panels 5R and 7R (rear panels) at Bull Shoals. Removal of existing panels 1R, 2R, and 4R (rear panels) at Dardanelle. Removal of existing panels 1R, 2R and 4R (rear panels) at Ozark. For Oklahoma - The supply, delivery and installation of the complete wired duplex switchboard panel 7R (rear panel) for the Gore switching station. The supply, delivery, and installation of the complete wired duplex switchboard panels 2R and 3R (rear panels) for the Tupelo switching station. The supply delivery, and installation of the complete wired duplex switchboard panels 3R, 4R, 5R and 6R (rear panels) for the Weleetka substation. Removal of existing panel 7R (rear panel) at Gore. Removal of existing panels 2R and 3R (rear panels) at Tupelo. Removal of existing panels 3R, 4R, 5R and 6R (rear panels) at Weleetka. A fee of $100 is required for full-size plans and specifications. Half-size drawings are not available. A check and/or money order must accompany the request and are to be made payable to the U.S. Department of Energy. The fee is not refundable. Plans and specifications need not be returned. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. The estimated magnitude of the proposed procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this acquisition if 3613/Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus.
