66 -- ISRAEL: ISOTOPIC TOMOGRAPHIC DUAL-HEADED GAMA CAMERA DUE 070795 POC Tel 972-3-530-3030 FAX 972-3-530-3568 The Chaim Sheba medical Center invites suppliers to submit a quotation for an isotopic tomographic dual- headed gama camera with following specifications (a) capabilities: (1) minimum range 400X500 mm, enabling quick and dynamic tomographic spect and whole-body two - dimentional scans, similar to elscint's helix model; (2) the camera must have fully automated on-line body contouring, and step and shoot scanning capabilities; (B) components: (1) processor with maximum speed similar to intel's 486/66 suppliers must indicate the processor's (2) hard disk with minimum 340 mb; (3) two monitors with following features located at the control Post (a) color monitor with 21-inch high definition display screen must state screen resolutions and camera resolutions; (B) computer system operating monitor. Must state monitor's screen size and its resolution; (4) head tilt system up to 90-degree angle; (5) head support unit; (6) arm support unit; (7) leg support unit; (8) touch ruler; (9) calorimeters: (a) one pair of low heat calorimeters for tinctium and iodine 123 isotopes, with maximum resolution of at least 7 2 mm in fwhm; (B) one pair of fan-beam calorimeters with focal distance of 350 mm for tomographic brain spect, minimum resolution of 5 5 mm in fwhm, and sensitivity of 220 count/min/yci; 10 cart for carrying pair of calorimeters storage unit for each calorimeter note supplier May offer two carts for two pairs of calorimeters vice the storage unit; examination table: (a) table's shape and orientation must be suitable for spect and whole-body applications; (B) must state range of vertical movement; (C) circular movement of the table must be maximum 45- degree angle from zero state must state movement (D) table May be electrically or mechanically operated (in the event of power outage); (13) remote monitor attached to the camera or hung on the wall to enable real-time display of the scan from the color monitor at the control Post; (14) software: (a) real-time evolving-image of tomographic spect; (B) three-dimensional tomographic data processing; (C) scatter free imaging; (15) software must be compatible to other cameras such as siemens, picker, ge, sopha and elscint; (16) active radial workstation (E.G. xpert model of elscint) (a) two active radial workstations for processing three-dimensional spects, must be fast and latest state-of-the-art; (B) each workstation to include the following components (1) high-definition color display screen, minimum size 17-inches must state screen resolution; (2) central processor, pentium model, and high- speed graphic processor for processing spect tests, as per intel's model 860 processor; (3) optical erasable, with minimum 0.8 gb. (Should this technology be unavailable, the supplier will commit to replace existing drive with erasable drive in the future; (4) color digital printer (as codonic's np-1600). The printer should include software for operation with the camera; (5) ethernet communication: (C) communication system: the system will be connected by ethernet company at the isotopic institute, including the cameras and workstations for (D) software: (1) software for three-dimensional processing of tomographic data; (2) sortware in ''C'' language for work by employees of the nuclear medicine institute, with separate outlet for connection to a text printer; (e) supplier must have a local agent capable of providing technical support and after-sales service; (F) the supplier must provide training courses for three system operators, two physicians and two technicians at the supplier's plant or at the hospital the technicians' course should be at the same engineering level as the plant's engineers; (G) the supplier will provid e two copies each of operation and service manuals; (H) installation: installation of the camera will be in accordance with Section 6, its components in accordance with Section 7, and subsections 7 1 and 7.2 of the contract; (I) warranty: in accordance with Section 8 of the contract; (J) training: in accordance with Section 7.4 of the contract; (K) software and hardware updates: the supplier must provide continuous software updates during the warranty period at the end of which the supplier will reclassify the non-optional software to the latest version free of charge tender no: 198/mtz.
