Smith,215/656 -6091 The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all janitorial and related services at the Middle River Depot, 2800 Eastern Boulevard, Baltimore, MD. Service will run for a base period of 4 months with the possibility of ten options. The first two options are each four months long and the remaining eight options are each six months long. The base period and the ten options periods shall not exceed a total of 5 years. This procurement will be issued as a total small business set-aside and is not in a labor surplus area. SIC Code 7349. Please note that the requirements have changed from the current contract. Therefore, bidders are cautioned not to rely on the current contract price to estimate their bid.
