S -- REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS AND NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE SOL DAAD05-95-R-0874 DUE 100195 POC Contract Specialist Barry Sayer (410) 278-7431 (Site Code DAAD05) Aberdeen Proving Ground Support Activity has a requirement for removal and disposal of various hazardous and non-hazardous wastes generated on Aberdeen Proving Ground. The successful contractor shall be responsible for collection, inventorying, transportation, final treatment, destruction and disposal of the waste described. The successful contractor shall ensure all document reporting is done to include providing the Government with Certificates of Disposal. The contractor will be responsible for the strictest compliance with all Federal, State, and local environmental laws and regulations. It is anticipated that an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Fixed Price type contract will be awarded to a single offeror. This requirement is unrestricted.
