This is a notice of intent to issue a Sole Source Non-Personal Contract to the Covey Institute, 3507 North University Avenue, Provo, UT 84605 for a seminar on the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and Principle Centered Leadership for 30 Air Force personnel at Howard AFB, Panama. The training begins with a 4-day seminar - 2 1/2 days of ``7 Habits of Highly Effective People'' and 1 1/2 days of ``Principle Centered Leadership''. This portion will be provided for 30 people - 25 managers, 1 facilitator/manager and 4 facilitator/non managers. The contract will also include a 2 day facilitator training to certify 5 people (1 manager and 4 non-managers) to present the 3-day ``7 Habits of Highly Effective People'' seminar. Materials include student manuals, profiles, and organizers for 30 people and a video series and illustrations set (for facilitators to train with once certified). Contractor shall provide a training certificate to each person successfully completing the training. All responsible sources must submit information identifying their capability to provide the required training to 24 CONS/LGCS, Unit 0550, APA AA, 34001.
