The following is the information which was omitted. The work includes renovation of four (4) Storage Facilities, a new 15' x 15' fully enclosed Hazardous Waste Facility (HWF) will be built at the SRA site, a retention basin at site 628 and a structural retaining wall and swale at site 547. New metal roof canopies will be installed at 511, 2003 & 538, at building 545, an existing PWC HWF, the floor will be re-coated, the berms will be cut down, the office building will be repainted, the exterior tarpaulin will be replaced, the overhead lighting will be replaced and more outlets will be added in the office area. Pedestal mounted filre pull stations will be installed at 545, 538, and the SRA site and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 180 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB).--The Standard Industrial Code is 1541 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office.--Solicitation packages may be acquired in person from Plan Issue or by mail.--Telephone requests will not be accepted.--Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing stating solicitation number N68711-95-B-7534, complete name, address, area code and phone number and whether bidding as a prime/subcontractor/supplier.--Plan holders lists will not be faxed.--Mail requests to Southwest Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (Plan Issue), Building 132, 1220 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA 92132-5187 or fax requests to Plan Issue at (619) 532-2083.--Plans and specifications will be available on or about 23 JUN 1995 until supply is exhausted.--No deposit required.
