B.U.R. system, repair brick and coping cap. Seal exterior of building,
performance period 100 days, Option 1: Replace B.U.R. Partial Roof,
facility 20022, project WP ZHTV 921715, remove old and install new
B.U.R. system, raise or relocate three mechanical units, remove old and
install new coping cap, performance period 90 days. Estimated cost of
proposed acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000. Small and
disadvantaged firms are encouraged to participate as prime contractors
or as members of joint ventures with other small businesses and all
interested contractors are reminded that the successful contractor will
be expected to place subcontracts to the maximum practicable extent
with small and disadvantaged firms in accordance with the provisions of
Public Law 95-507. No tel requests. Only written requests received

Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose
of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from
potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established
channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development
phase of this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established
