NASA/KSC plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a X-ray Digital Processing system - (advanced video image processing software and image processing hardware). The system consists of the following software and hardware line items. (1) 1 each, Noesis Vision, Inc. Visalog V4.13 (MS Windows Version 3.1) advanced image processing software. Custom device drives for Matrox Image Series hardware (PC boards), (2) 1 each, baseboards to be customized: IM-1280/E/4/8/F, Matrox Electronics Image Series 1280 baseboards, (3) 1 each, IM-RTP/AT, Real-time processing module, (4) 1 each, IM-CLD/AT/N, Color Digitizer module with NTSC option, (5) 1 each, IM-ASD/AT, Variable scan asynchronous digitizer (to support Kodak Megaplus Model 1.6 (10 BIT) camera), (6) 1 each, IM-SHELL/D3, Core Imaging/Graphic Library, (7) 1 each, PC-OCABLE-10, 10 foot output cable from IM-1280 baseboard, (8) 1 each, VGA-CABLE/PG, VGA Pass through cable for IM-1280, (9) 1 each, IM-INPUT/BNC, Input cable, single BNC to IM-ASD, (10) 1 each, IM-BUS-4, Four connector image BUS, (11) 1 each, IM-INPUT/BNC, Input cable, four BNC to IM-ASD, (12) The standard documentation for both the hardware and software, (13) On-site Installation at Kennedy Space Center is required for both the hardware and software, (14) FAR 52.246-94 KSC Quality Requirements Clause Code E-6, Inspection and Acceptance Including Verification Test (Destination) (MAR 1995), is applicable to this procurement.
