First Article and Production Test Procedures and Reports are a requirement with allowance for qualification by similarity of product, procedures and reports. The drawing suggested sources of supply is Intel Corporation, part number IMC02FLSA. However, for purposes of competition the product of this manufacturer is not to be construed as the only source for the item to be procured as other brand names or equals that satisfy the requirements of the drawing may submit offers.
