Langley Air Force Base requires a directional sign package that will guide an individual, without prior knowledge of the facilities, from any entrance or internal location to the functional area/clinic/common area he or she intends to visit in that facility. The signage must also clearly identify each location/room, and the individual (when appropriate for office areas) occupying the room. The sign package must provide emergency instructions for exit purposes as well as comply fully with the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. The sign package shall comply with all NFPA Life Safety Code 101 and NFPA 99 requirements as well as any applicable OSHA standards. This package will include Main Hospital, Clinical/Admin Facility, Dental Clinic, Staff/Admin Facility, and Bethel Manor Clinic. Installation of this package will be required. This solicitation will be set aside for small business if two or more small business manufacturers respond to this notice within 15 days. No phone requests will be accepted.
