C -- ARCHITECT-ENGINEER DESIGN SERVICES INDEFINITE DELIVERY-TYPE (MULTI-DISCIPLINE) FOR THE DELAWARE AIR NATIONAL GUARD Contact Mary Brewin, 302/324-7351 or Jose' Quintana 302/324-7347. Work may consist of preparation of reports, studies, design criteria, budget estimates, designs of alterations, maintenance, repair or minor construction. A firm fix price contract for A-E design services for Type A Services and Type B Services with Type C to be exercised as an option upon negotiations with the Contracting Officer. This contract will be for a 12 month period and will contain an option to extend for an additional 12 months. All interested and responsible contractors which can meet the requirements are invited to submit a current ``A-E Related Services Questionnaire'' (SF 254) and ``A-E Related Services Questionnaire for this specific project'' (SF 255), not later than 30 days from the publication date of this announcement in the CBD. The contract will contain a minimum guarantee fee of $500. The anticipated award time is in late August or early September. Contract performance will begin on or about September 1995. Cumulative total of the contract award is expected to be approximately $90,000. The estimated cumulative construction amount is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The A-E selection evaluation criteria in descending order of importance: (1) Professional Qualifications, (2) Specialized experience and technical competence, (3) Capacity to accomplish work on time, (4) Past Performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with schedules, (5) Location of firms in the geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project, (6) Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by the Department of Defense (DOD).
