The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, requires the acquisition of engineering support, services, and remediation effort to perform major Environmental Restoration Projects under the Total Environmental Restoration Contract (TERC) approach. The Savannah District intends to competitively solicit and award a Cost Reimbursement, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for the remediation of HTRW projects and in support of various customers. One contract is anticipated. The total estimated maximum amount is $325 Million. The period of performance will be four years with two three year option periods. The scope of work will require that the contractor accomplish all predesign, design and remediation required at a specified or non-specified installation. The contract will involve the performance of initial study through short term Operation and Maintenance (O&M). Delivery Orders will be issued for the specific remediation related tasks associated to specific sites. The geographical boundaries for the TERC are South Atlantic Division boundaries which include Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. The ''anchor'' site for the TERC will be Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The solicitation will require the submittal of various technical and management plans, and cost proposal. A Preproposal Conference and Contractor Networking Session will be held in Huntsville, Alabama, approximately three weeks after issuance date of the solicitation. The two events will be held at different locations on the same day starting with the Preproposal Conference in the morning and the Contractor Networking Session in the afternoon. The time, date, and location will be identified in the forthcoming solicitation. Contractors interested in reserving a booth for the Contractor Networking Session will be limited to two individuals per booth and will be on a first come first served basis. Requests for a booth must be on company letterhead to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, P.O. Box 889, ATTN: CESAS-DB, Savannah, GA 31402-0889. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
