The purpose of this solicitation is to measure height, damage, and survival of 10 year old trees at 16 genetics plantations at Hebo, Alsea, Waldport, and Mapleton Ranger Districts, Siuslaw National Forest, Lane, Douglas, Tillamook, and Lincoln Counties, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to accompish all work.
