Provide on site services in the field of Dental Prosthetic Services at the Federal Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. This is considered a contractual agreement and not a personnel appointment. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is July 15, 1995. The contractor shall provide prosthetic services in the process and manufacturing of dentures, acrylic Wrought Wire Partials, Hard Bite Splints, Cast Removable Partial Dentures, and Maryland Bridges. Services will consist of the weekly shipments. Services will consist of daily receipts and deliveries and/or mailings during the usual five day work week, Monday through Friday. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award through September 30, 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This requirement is not set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code is 8072.
