Miller, (202)260-3202 The Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for Advisory and Assistance Services to support the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle C & D program. This requirement will support the EPA Office of Solid Waste (OSW), Permits and State Program Division. The contraactor shall provide analyses, studies, evaluations and recommendations to the Office of Solid Waste on the development and implementation of RCRA permitting, closure/post closure, state authorization, public involvement and national issues, pollution prevention and waste minimization, financial responsibility, corrective action regulation, interactions with other Government Units and Departments, risk assessment, national combustion strategy, Indian Program, national implementation policy and direction. In addition, the contractor shall assist the Agency at conferences, seminars, training workshops, and/or public relations events. Its is anticipated that up two (2) Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract will be awarded with a maximum potential level of effort of approximately 182,000 1abor hours for each contract.
