Accordingly, contractors holding any prime or subcontracts under the following contracts will be ineligible for award of this contract: Alternative Remedial Contracting Strategy (ARCS), Field Investigative Team (FIT), Emergency Response Cleanup Services (ERCS), Technical Assistance Team (TAT), Technical Enforcement Support (TES), Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START), Time Critical Rapid Response (TCRR), and Response Action Contracts (RACs).
