The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) is seeking to identify sources with the capabilities and experience to perform a comparability survey of the salary structure and benefits system of other financial regulatory agencies and provide a report and recommendations for a compensation package for OFHEO. OFHEO intends to issue a small purchase to one firm. Organizations possessing qualifications are invited to submit organizational information to OFHEO. This is not a request for proposals nor a promise to contract. OFHEO will not pay any costs associated with the preparation and submission of organizational data. Responses must be submitted within 15 days of this notice. No solicitation exists. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. No additional synopsis will be published.
