1995 4TH ANNUAL SOUTHWEST BORDER CONFERENCE & EXPOSITION, EL PASO CONVENTION CENTER, EL PASO, TEXAS, AUGUST 1-3, 1995 The 4th Annual Southwest Border Conference & Exposition which will be held August 1-3, 1995 at the El Paso Convention Center in El Paso, Texas.
