The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide to the Government for lease, a pre-manufactured structure approximately 10,200 SF arranged to form the Child Development Center at Naval Air Station, Key West, FL. The structure shall be a complete, independent and integral unit. Lease will be for period from 1 to 12 months, not to exceed 60 months. Exterior work shall include the provision of site improvements, foundations, connections to utilities, sidewalk, fencing, landscaping, grading, seeding and parking areas all as described herein or indicated on the drawings. Work to begin 30 days after contract award. Bid opening date is approximate. Requests for copies of this solicitation should be received by the issuing office not later than 10 days of listing of this synopsis in the Commerce Business Daily.
