This Project involves all labor, materials, equipment, travel and performing all operations required to Demolish and Remove Building 1 at the Sagamore Hill Antennae Site, Hamilton MA as per contract drawings and specifications. The principal items of work include, but are not necessarily limited to demolition and removal of Bulding 1 to include the slab on grade flooring, and landscape work to return the disturbed areas to a natural state (loam and seed). The performance period for the basic bid will be 60 calendar days. This project will have several Bid Options for the demolition and removal of two small (10' x 15') buildings, several concrete pads and asphalt pavement and the return of the disturbed area to a natural state (loam and seed). The multitude of this project is between $100,00 and $250,000.
