Work includes the removal of the following existing HVAC equipment and the installation of new equipment of the same capacity in the same locations in Building #1: (a) 4,800 CFM indoor, ceiling mounted air handling unit with steam heating coil and evaporator coil serving the All Hands Club bar area; (b) 9,240 CFM indoor, ceiling mounted air handling unit with steam heating coil and evaporator coil serving the Function Hall area; (c) 4,800 CFM indoor, ceiling mounted return air fan serving the All Hands Club bar area; (d) 9,240 CFM indoor, ceiling mounted return air fan serving the Function Hall area; and, (e) 15 ton nominal capacity, roof mounted, air cooled condensing unit serving the All Hands Club bar area. The project also involves the removal of the existing pneumatic control system and installation of a new electric control system. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
