This project includes providing all labor, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to conduct maintenance dredging of a boat basin. Material to be removed consists of fine silty sand shoal material. Method of removal shall be via hydraulic dredge. Quantity to be removed will be approximately 18,000 cubic yards. The work is located at U.S. Coast Guard Station, Grand Isle, Louisiana. Estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
