The work consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and services required to add a one story addition to existing facility. The addition is a cmu load bearing wall structure with steel roof beams, metal roof deck, rigid roof insulation and ballasted single membrane roofing. Footings, foundation and floor are concrete. Building is to be provided with an electric operated bridge crane and hoist. The mechanical system to be provided consists of unit heaters for winter use and forced air ventilation during summer use. Service sink, floor drains, emergency shower/eye wash, sprinkler system and sump pump are to be provided. The electrical system to be provided consists of lighting, battery charging equipment receptacles and service to mechanical equipment. Work is to be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Offerors must have a minimum of five years experience in this type of work and must have satisfactorily completed at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope.
