The standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code, for this project is 1542 - General Contractors - Nonresidential, Other than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. The size standard is $17 million. The work involves renovation of an existing two-story and basement masonry and brick building (#183) to a combination of enclosed offices and open office plan. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems will be replaced; new stairs and elevator combinations are to be provided. A new wet pipe sprinkler system is to be installed.
