Interested SDB concerns shall respond to this notice within 10 days of this notice. Potential bidders shall certify their status as a SDB, ES, SB or LB. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform.
