Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to furnish and intall one (1) 10 ton and two (2) 7-1/2 ton air cooled condensing units, to be located in Building 1, ''F'' and G'' Section of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Edward Hines Hospital, Hines Il. (Hines Il, is located approximately 13 miles west of Downtown Chicago). Work will include, but is not limited to providing all necessary refrigerant piping, all necessary supply and return duct work, all necessary supply air grilles and return air registers, three complete VVT systems and controls, in-line exhaust fans complete with duct work, all electrical power wiring, conduits, circuit breakers and performing a complete start-up and air balancing test of the new systems. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation, drawings and all applicable codes and standards. Bid documents will be available after July 5, 1995, by written request to the Contracting Officer, Accompanied by a refundable deposit check of $35.00. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit planned for July 17, 1995, at 10:30am local time. Bid opening date is scheduled for August 8, 1995 at 1:30pm local time. Estimated cost range is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 SIC= 1711, $7ML. Awared is subject to a 90 day acceptance period. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. (0167)
