Work is to include installation of HVAC System for the main kitchen, demolition of existing plaster ceiling and installation of new suspended ceiling, installation of new lighting, installation of new exhaust hood over cooking area, installation of sprinkler system, installation of new drains, and asbestos abatement work. Contract Completion Time is Three Hundred Thirty (330) calendar days. Construction Cost Range is between $250,000 to $500,000.
