The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Refuge, Region 2, seeks bids for relining of 1/2 mile of concrete ditch, replace ports in relined ditch at original location, remove and replace check gates in relined ditch, and remove and replace ditch tie-in. This project is located at the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge in Cibola, Arizona, south of Blythe, California. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a Labor Surplus Area (LSA) set aside. The LSA stipulation is that an offeror agrees to perform substantially in the LSA when this is consistent with the efficient performance of the contract and at prices no higher than are obtainable elsewhere. The offeror agrees to use its best efforts to place subcontracts in the LSA. Copies of the solicitation will be available on or about July 14.
