The work includes removal of plaster/stone aggregate finish system and installaton of exterior insulated finish system, exterior light fixtures, signage, and incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $100,000 to $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 30 June 1995. A limited number of plans and specifications will be available on a first-come-first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. There is no charge for the first set of plans and specs; additional sets are $25 each; however, each firm is responsible for obtaining a bid package. Local firms may pick up packages at the issuing office. Out of town firms must make all arrangements for type of delivery desired and notify issuing office. No plan holders lists will be faxed.
