The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3679. These propriatery data rights are only known to be available from Loral Microwave-NARDA West because they developed the data, specifications, test fixtures and component applicable to the special applications of the oscillator assemblies listed above. The Government is purchasing the right to use this propriatery information, specifications, test fixtures and components and training. Other concerns having the ability to furnish the above property/services are requested to give written notification (including the name and telephone number of a point of contact) to the procuring office listed in this notice, with reference made to market survey file # 94-Loral/NARDA, within 45 calendar days from the date of this publication. Responses should provide information regarding the ability of your concern to satisfy the Government's requirement. NOTE: Any other concern to be evaluated as a possible source shall provide a complete documentation package to include drawings, OEM specifications, and legal proof of full right to use of proprietary OEM data. All responses to this market survey will be considered prior to further acquisition action by the Government. Any information received as a result of this announcement will not be provided to other contractors and will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
