The Contractor shall provide a wide range of adult nurse practitioner medical services to patients in a primary care setting with chronic, stable, and common acute health problems. Period of performance is a Base Period of 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996 with a possible two one-year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted.
