S. Army Health Clinic in Rock Island, Illinois, and as needed at Savannah Army Depot, Illinois. The Contractor shall plan and conduct complete evaluations of work operations involving potentially hazardous environmental conditions, analyze findings, and recommend corrective measures and controls. Period of performance is a Base Period of 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996 with a possible two one-year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted.
