The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, specified herein, or as needed to construct ADMIN FACILITIES #1, #2, & #3, including but not limited to, a pre-engineered metal building on a reinforced concrete foundation, with exterior walls of concrete masonry unit veneer on steel stud wall, windows, doors/hardware, interior finishes, standing seam metal roofing system, site cleaning, site preparation, utilities, plumbing, HVAC electrical and other incidental work as may be necessary to make the facility operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the Contract Documents. All three buildings will be awarded as one contract. Bidders are advised that they must submit a bid for all bid items, failure to do so will cause rejection of their bid. There is a non-refundable charge of $56.73 for each solicitation package. Make checks, money order or bank drafts payable to Accounting and Finance. Only written requests will be accepted. The request and check, money order or bank draft must bear the solicitation number.
