Z -- CONSTRUCT NEW OBSTACLE COURSE FOR AIR ASSAULT SCHOOL SOL DAKF23-95-B-0071 DUE 082195 POC Contract Specialist Debbie Rapp (502) 798-7826 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct a new Obstacle Course with 13 obstacles on 18th street between Range Road and Colorado Avenue. Obstacles shall be constructed with lumber or timer, guy wires and appropriate fasteners. Construct sand pits lined with railroad ties beneath each obstacle. Paths between obstacles shall be gravel. Construct a gravel parking lot, approximately 250' x 65'. Work shall also include clearing and scrubbing,stripping topsoil, seeding and sowing. The period of performance is 30 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
