34 -- PURCHASE OF A SUNNEN CYLINDER HONING MACHINE SOL DAKF19-95-R-0009 DUE 061595 POC Contract Specialist BECKY RITTENHOUSE (913) 239-0471 (Site Code DAKF19) This is a notice of intent to contract sole source a Sunnen Brand Cylinder Honing Machine, MDL NO CV 616 from CAVCO Sales, Council Grove, KS. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE FOR ISSUE. Machine is to come with a standard hone headset or equal, with an additional large hone headset MDL CK-4000, and a lamp and bracket assembly. Cylinder honing machine has a diameter range of 3/4'' to 6''; length range up to 18''; floor area not more than 68'' wide, 65'' deep, 84'' high. Spindle motor not to be less than 2HP, spindle speeds 125, 170, 230, 210 rpm; stroke rates 41, 57, 80 spm; stroke length 0'' to 9''. The machine shall have: honing oil and filter pump not to be less than 1HP, two 3 1/2 gal filter containers, and a 150 cubic inch minimum sludge capacity.
