However, all wishing to qualify must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase orders, if the supplier was/is a vendor to the previous source, or a statement from the previous source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply an item that will be physically and functionally interchangable (down to the repair part level) with the item acquired from the previous supplier. Most recent, representative unit price was $30,212.20 for a qty of 14 each, awarded on 12 January 1990.
