Ruth Maris The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to purchase, on a sole source basis from Reyer Corporation, seven (7) modular radiometers. The radiometers are to be constructed in accordance with NIST specifications, to be interchangeable with existing components of a Reyer Corporation modular radiometer system designed and manufactured specifically to meet NIST requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NIST intends to solicit one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. See numbered Note 22. (0171)
