The types of operations include quick service snack bars, cafeteria lines, full service dining, pizza delivery, catering operations and bars. The size and complexity of the properties can vary by location. The configurations will vary from one to many terminals per property. The systems must be configurable from a single to a multi-terminal environment. Cashier and server data entry must be a combination of touch screen, micromotion and handheld terminals with the same configuration. Food and beverage orders will be transmitted to remote printers located throughout the properties. Minimum reporting would include sales by item, sales by server/cashier, sales by day-part, sales by hour, sales by location, open/closed guest checks. Sales data files will be exportable to an ASCII format for easy integration into food and beverage software systems. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government.
