Marine Welfare and Recreation Supply Branch Marine Corps Base Okinawa, Japan has a requirement for 700 dozen tablecloths of various sizes and colors, and 1230 dozen napkins of various colors. Material used shall be cotton and polyester blend, with no less than 50 percent polyester. All tablecloths and and napkins offered must be made of the same blend. Weave count in all tablecloths and napkins shall be no less than 140. Interested contractors must receive a copy of the solicitation in writing. Facsimile request will be accepted. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this office. Contractors may provide their Federal Express or similar corporate account number with their request and the Government will mail the solicitation via the mode the contractor has authorized.
